Service Description
Ready to get started on your journey to greater fitness and physical wellbeing? Take the first step with an initial assessment session. I use the first session to get to know you better and get an idea of what your goals might be for training. This session includes: * signing initial intake forms * filling out a couple of health history questionnaires * taking body composition measurements using a tape measure and scale if you feel comfortable with that * completing posture and movement assessments All of this will help us set long and short term goals that you would like to reach. It should take about an hour. Please wear comfortable exercise clothing, athletic shoes, and bring a bottle of water just in case you get thirsty.
